Why this exists
I got tired of being embarrassed by my own trash can.
Every windy day it ended up three houses down across the street. I've clocked thousands of steps just walking to pick my trash can up, and I've even had a couple trash cans run over. So I built something ugly out of a magnet, a saw blade, and some 2x4s to hold it down. It scratched the can, but it stayed put — and that told me the idea was right: the problem isn't the can, it's that nothing is holding it down. And that's how CanClamp was born.
